What are your products made of?
Our home decor items (mini masjid lanterns, table art, shelves, cake toppers) are 3D printed using premium PLA (polylactic acid) — a biodegradable, eco-friendly thermoplastic derived from renewable resources like cornstarch. It produces a beautiful matte finish with a unique micro-texture.
Why does my piece have visible lines or texture?
That's the signature of our 3D printing process! Each piece is built layer-by-layer, creating a subtle texture that catches and diffuses light beautifully. This is not a defect — it's what makes your piece one-of-a-kind and distinguishes handcrafted items from mass-produced decor.
Do the lanterns come with candles?
Yes! All our mini masjid lanterns include complimentary battery-operated LED tea light candles. We recommend LED candles only — please do not use real flames as PLA is not heat-resistant.
What sizes are available?
Most of our decor items come in Standard and XL sizes. Product dimensions are listed on each product page. Apparel sizes vary by style (baby, toddler, kids and adult up to 3XL). Check the size options and the size chart on each product page.
Ordering & Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Each decor piece is made to order and ships within 5–7 business days; US delivery then usually takes 3–5 business days. Apparel, phone cases and gift wrap are printed to order by our production partner and ship directly from their facility; estimated delivery dates are shown at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide. International shipping times vary by destination, typically 7-21 business days. Customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
Care & Maintenance
How do I clean my decor pieces?
Gently dust with a soft, dry cloth or use a soft-bristle brush for intricate lattice areas. Avoid water, harsh chemicals, and direct sunlight exposure for prolonged periods. Do not place near heat sources — PLA can soften at temperatures above 60°C (140°F).
Can I use real candles in the lanterns?
No — please only use the included LED candles or other battery-operated alternatives. Real flames will damage and potentially melt the PLA material.
Returns & Refunds
Do you accept returns?
Because all of our products are custom made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Each piece is handcrafted specifically for you once your order is placed.
What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number, and we'll arrange a replacement or repair.

Can I order in bulk for events?
