Shipping Policy

At Taqwa Arts, we are committed to delivering your order with care and ensuring it arrives in good condition within the promised timeframe. We ship throughout the week, except on weekends and public holidays, using only reputed courier services for reliable and timely delivery.

Free Shipping Policy (U.S. Orders Only):

We offer free shipping on orders of $50 or more within the United States. This applies to our in-house artwork and design products that we create and package ourselves.

However, please note that free shipping does not apply to print-on-demand (POD) items such as apparel, phone cases, and similar products. These items are manufactured by our trusted partners and shipped directly from their facilities. As a result, shipping charges will be applied to orders containing POD items.

Shipping Time:

Most in-house items are made to order and shipped within 5–7 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on location, distance, and our logistics partners. Please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

International Shipping:

We do offer international shipping outside of the United States. However, customs charges, import taxes, and other local fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
