At Taqwa Arts, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our made-to-order products. Due to the custom nature of our items, we do not accept returns. We encourage our customers to review their orders carefully before submission, as all sales are final once production has begun.
We understand that issues may arise. Although we do not offer refunds, if your order arrives damaged or broken, we are committed to making things right. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photographs of the damage, and we will work with you to find a satisfactory solution, which may include a replacement or repair of the damaged item.
