Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All home decor items are handcrafted to order in our Texas studio. Please allow 5–7 business days for production before your order ships. During peak seasons (Ramadan, Eid), processing times may be slightly longer due to high demand.

Apparel and print-on-demand items are printed to order by our production partner and ship directly from their facility; estimated delivery dates are shown at checkout.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

  • Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days after processing
  • Expedited Shipping: 1-3 business days after processing (available at checkout)

International Shipping

We ship worldwide! International delivery typically takes 7-21 business days depending on destination and customs processing. Please note:

  • International customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the buyer's responsibility
  • Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance
  • Tracking is provided for all international shipments

Order Tracking

A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships. You can also check your order status by logging into your account.

Returns & Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final

Because every item at Taqwa Arts is custom made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Each piece is handcrafted specifically for you once your order is placed, which means we cannot resell returned items.

Damaged or Defective Items

We take great care in crafting and packaging every order. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, we want to make it right. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damage or defect
  • A brief description of the issue

After reviewing your claim, we will arrange a replacement or repair. You do not need to return the damaged item.

Apparel Sizing

Please note that some of our apparel items run small. We strongly recommend checking the size guide on each product page before ordering. Incorrect sizing does not qualify for returns or exchanges since items are produced on demand.
