A modern tribute to tatreez, the cross-stitch embroidery of Palestinian dresses: the square qabbeh with a star medallion, feather yoke and cypress hem, in indigo and sky blue with a touch of red on cream (an indigo-on-cream colourway).

This is our own composition, drawn stitch by stitch: every motif is built from x-stitches on a woven linen-look ground, with the small irregularities of hand embroidery, and a stitched border that runs to the edge of the case. Printed, not embroidered.
