A modern tribute to tatreez, the cross-stitch embroidery of Palestinian dresses: stacked bands of rish (feathers), stepped teeth borders and star rows, in green, saffron and red on black (a green-and-saffron colourway).

This is our own composition, drawn stitch by stitch: every motif is built from x-stitches on a woven linen-look ground, with the small irregularities of hand embroidery, and a stitched border that runs to the edge of the case. Printed, not embroidered.
