Be Like Adam (AS) from AdabStars: After eating from the tree, Adam and his wife did not blame anyone; they admitted their wrong and asked their Lord for forgiveness, and Allah accepted his repentance. The lesson: own your mistakes, say sorry and start again instead of making excuses. (Qur'an 7:23, 2:37)
What's printed on it
Front: Reads "IN A WORLD OF EXCUSES, BE LIKE ADAM" with a small (AS) after the name, a small seedling with two leaves on a mound of earth, and the reference Qur'an 7:23 under the drawing.
Back: the story in a short, readable block of text, with the reference underneath:
Prophet Adam (AS) and his wife made no excuses for eating from the tree. They said, "Our Lord, we have wronged ourselves, and if You do not forgive us and have mercy upon us, we will surely be among the losers." And Allah accepted his repentance.
Qur'an 7:23 · 2:37
Words in quotation marks are the Saheeh International English translation of the Qur'an; the rest restates only what the cited verses say. English meaning only: no Arabic verse text is printed.
