When the believers went out to face Goliath and his soldiers, they prayed, "Our Lord, pour upon us patience and plant firmly our feet and give us victory." By permission of Allah they won, Dawud (AS) killed Goliath, and Allah gave him the kingship and wisdom.

The lesson
Big problems are not bigger than Allah. Dawud (AS) and the believers prayed for patience and steady feet before facing Goliath, and they won by Allah's permission.
