About this design
Be Like Sulayman (AS) by AdabStars: In a world of wanting more, be like Sulayman (AS): the prophet-lesson design about gratitude.
Part of the AdabStars prophet series: one Qur'an story and lesson per design. Collect them all.
What's printed
Front: Reads "IN A WORLD OF WANTING MORE, BE LIKE SULAYMAN" with a small (AS) after the name, a little ant walking on a grass line, from the story of the valley of the ants, and the reference Qur'an 27:19 under it.
Back: the story from the Qur'an, with its reference:
When an ant warned the other ants to enter their homes before Prophet Sulayman (AS) and his soldiers passed, he smiled and prayed, "My Lord, enable me to be grateful for Your favor which You have bestowed upon me and upon my parents."
Qur'an 27:18-19
Quoted words are the Saheeh International translation; the rest summarises the cited verses. English meaning only: no Arabic text is printed.
The lesson
Gratitude instead of wanting more. Sulayman had a great kingdom, yet he noticed a tiny ant, smiled, and thanked Allah for every favour given to him and his parents.
